Key Tasks

  • Ability to convert sales leads into opportunities and successfully close deals
  • Generate new business leads through networking and cold calling
  • Determine customer needs through requirements assessment and mapping customer requirements to our solution set and development capabilities
  • Suggest & negotiate costs for relevant products and services
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Engage with relevant team members to assess opportunities and technically present solutions
  • Maintain healthy relationships with customers and prospects
  • Stay informed, build trust and focus on the right people and companies

Mandatory Experience

  • Possess a very broad and deep level of knowledge and understanding of selling media products and services. Experience in bulk SMS and emailers is an advantage.
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively position and convey the merits of our media solutions to customers and prospects
  • Be self-motivated and comfortable in a position that grants autonomy
  • Achieve success with little management or guidance
  • Have outstanding speaking and writing skills
  • Be able to translate advantages into business benefits
  • Endeavor to grow the company's sales and marketing capability by mentoring and growing the sales team

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing on Digital Media or Omni channel solutions.
