Job Descriptions
Regarding the Duty:- As an Income Auditor cum Accounts Receivable, to establish that all profits that ought to have been received by the hotel have been gotten, as well as are effectively recorded. To investigate the work of night audit, front office and food and beverage cashiers including other points of sales cashiers.
- Daily rooms, F & B earnings recaps, their supporting transaction records and to make sure all revenues are posted accordingly.
- The daily general cashier's record against recorded cash activity.
- Costs to city ledger and credit card companies prior to forwarding them to accounts receivable area.
- Front office clerk-cashier's due back from general cashier.
- To investigate late fees and skippers. All information should be forwarded to the credit manager for further action (proof of authorization from Duty Manager).
- To confirm that the computerized daily record reflects completely all of the day's transactions.
