Job Overview Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for providing product application solutions to sales channels and customers through product training, sales visits, seminars, and workshops. You are required to implement go-to-market strategies and programs to achieve overall revenue targets and market share goals on assigned verticals. This includes driving brand awareness through market creation activities and working alongside distribution channels to build a sales funnel, perform competitive analysis on Test & Measurement products. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets set, fostering good relationships with existing customers while keeping a lookout for sales opportunities in a timely manner. This role must be operationally hands-on, organized, highly motivated, and able to work with a disciplined approach towards managing people and work standards. Primary Responsibilities

Establish relationships with channels and customers including other selected major customers by making regular customer visits and calls.
Assist and provide product application solutions (One Fluke) to sales channels and customers through product training, customer product complaints, sales visits, seminars, etc.
Support the implementation of go-to-market strategies/tactical plans and programs together with the Product Marketing Manager to achieve overall revenue targets, brand awareness, and market share goals.
Build and follow up on a monthly basis on the sales funnel with channels to meet forecasted monthly and annual targets. Secure and renew orders on assigned channels/verticals.
Provide counter proposals or seek requests for support from management should there be a gap in forecasted POs.
Know local company players in our Test and Measurement industry and evaluate them where required. Gather information on the market and competition to proactively develop and maintain Fluke’s strategy.
Manage, motivate, and facilitate success of Channel’s Representatives within the territory to meet performance goals.
Responsible for managing the Travel and Entertainment budget allocated on a monthly basis to avoid exceeding the overall planned allocation.
Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications - External

Proven sales track record and ability to successfully demonstrate and sell test & measurement equipment at a technical level.
Channel/Sales management experience working in a similar industry field sales role.
Minimum 4 years of sales experience in a technical/industrial environment.
Analytical and data-driven problem solver.
Ability to build strong high-level executive and peer relationships.
Good technical/engineering knowledge; experience in the test and measurement industry desired.
Influence to make an impact; convinces and persuades others; promotes plans and ideas successfully.
Networking: builds a useful network of contacts and relationships and utilizes it to achieve objectives.
Analysis & judgment to understand complex issues and problems; comes up with sound/rational judgments.
Demonstrated ability to successfully balance the achievement of short-term objectives (quarterly orders/sales objectives, expense management, etc.) with longer-term strategic and policy deployment goals.
Self-driven in meeting deadlines.
Able to support beyond working hours when situations require.
Bandwidth to manage and meet multiple work expectations (4 Fluke BU).
