We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and grow with us in the competitive real estate market of Dubai. Job Roles and Responsibilities :- Property Sales and Leasing :
- Engage with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
- Showcase properties to prospective clients and negotiate offers to close deals.
- Assist clients in navigating the buying, selling, and leasing processes.
- Market Research :
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and emerging areas of demand.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to provide accurate property valuations.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, agents, and property owners.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term client relationships.
- Administrative Duties :
- Maintain and update property listings on relevant portals.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
- Work closely with the team to achieve individual and group sales targets.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
- Training and Development : Freshers will receive comprehensive training and a 30-day evaluation period to assess performance.
- Attractive Salary Packages :
- Freshers: Salary begins after the 30-day evaluation period.
- Experienced Sales Agents: Starting salary 1500-3000 plus commissions.
- Sales Managers: Bring a team of 5 agents and earn a starting salary 4000-10000 plus additional incentives.
