Partnerships and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Partnerships and Business Development Executive to support the Director of Servicing in expanding corporate partnerships, maintaining the client pipeline, and developing tailored solutions to meet business objectives. This role includes pitching, managing brand relations, researching RFP-specific technology solutions, and working with providers to establish servicing standards and tools. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strategic acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Hours of Work: Contractual hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. However, flexibility is required as the role may occasionally necessitate additional hours to fulfill responsibilities, including weekends or public holidays. Key Responsibilities Corporate Development and BD Support:
  1. Collaborate with the Director of Servicing to manage and expand the corporate pipeline.
  2. Assist in the preparation of high-quality, tailored pitch presentations for corporate clients, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.
  3. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  4. Maintain pipeline and follow up on BD outreach.
  5. Develop and refine case studies, proposals, and client success stories.
Technology and RFP-Specific Solutions:
  1. Research and recommend technology solutions to address RFP requirements, ensuring alignment with operational and servicing needs.
  2. Engage with external providers to scope, negotiate, and implement tools that enhance servicing capabilities.
  3. Work closely with the Director to establish servicing standards and ensure tools are optimized for client experience and operational efficiency.
Brand Relations and Partnerships:
  1. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing brand partners, ensuring continued value and compliance with agreements.
  2. Identify and onboard new brand partnerships that align with the corporate servicing strategy and members engagement.
  3. Work closely with internal teams to curate exclusive benefits and experiences for clients.
  4. Concept and implement loyalty programs through existing and new partnerships.
Operational and Strategic Support:
  1. Provide critical support in calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-ups for the Director.
  2. Assist in implementing servicing strategies and tracking their effectiveness.
  3. Prepare detailed reports on client engagement, servicing metrics, and operational performance, with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Experience and Skills Required:
  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  3. Proven experience in managing high-profile client relationships and preparing professional pitch presentations.
  4. Familiarity with technology tools and solutions in a corporate setting, particularly for RFPs and servicing enhancements.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse teams.
  6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
