We are a tourism company seeking an airport coordinator position. These tasks are essential for creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth transition for arriving guests, particularly those with special needs or VIP status. Effective communication and coordination are key to successfully fulfilling these responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handling guest arrival with pick up requests and arranging transportation.
  2. Assisting with guest luggage as and when required.
  3. Being present at all scheduled flight landings to assist incoming guests with baggage clearance and directing them to transport facilities.
  4. Standing by at the arrival terminal for every flight arrival.
  5. Writing all additional instructions for guests or information about guest arrivals.
  6. Escorting guests to our official car.
  7. Discussing and reporting any problems while on duty to the airport services manager.
  8. Following the working schedule properly; any changes must be reported and approved by the airport services manager.
  9. Welcoming VIP and VVIP guests at the airport and ensuring transportation is arranged.
