WhizzHR is hiring a Sales Manager for Corporate Gifting in Riyadh . Job Title: Sales Manager – Corporate Gifting (Riyadh)

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development : Design and implement effective sales strategies specifically targeted at corporate gifting clients in Riyadh and the surrounding region.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, including large companies, SMEs, and institutions.
Product Knowledge & Customization : Stay up to date with the latest gifting trends and understand client needs to offer personalized and unique corporate gifting solutions.
Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and actively generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and other sales tactics.
Target Achievement : Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by managing a pipeline and effectively closing deals.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services.
Market Research : Conduct research on competitors and market trends to identify new gifting solutions and improve offerings.
Sales Reporting : Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market dynamics to senior management.

Qualifications:

Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in sales management or corporate gifting in Riyadh or the GCC region.
Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with corporate gifting trends, luxury items, promotional products, or related industries.
Skills :
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Languages : Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
Education : A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
