Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar The upcoming project will include 161 fully-furnished apartments, perfect for both short and long-term stays, as well as 84 Private Residences, set along a private beach surrounded by lush gardens. About The Outlet You Will Be Working For Robuchon La Méditerranée celebrates the creativity and genius of Chef Joel Robuchon, whose restaurants hold nearly 30 Michelin Stars. In this fine dining restaurant you can discover exquisite seafood prepared with French and Mediterranean flair. Job Description: The Lead Hostess is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Passionate Lead Hostess who always strives to provide a Four Seasons experience to our guests. We believe we have the perfect opportunity for a rising star who feels ready to take on the next role by joining an incredible team of professionals in The Pearl - Qatar.
  • Greet and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner.
  • Be attentive of guests' needs and assist in providing a pleasant dining experience.
  • Know how to prepare cashier report at the end of the shift.
  • Know how to properly take reservations for outlets.
  • Perform opening and closing duties according to established sidework checklist.
  • Have a complete knowledge of standards of service.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in all applicable departments.
  • Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
  • Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
  • Must be able to train other hostesses.
Job Requirements
  • Background in Luxury Hotel/Resort is an advantage.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in French Restaurant.
  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
  • Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
