Position Summary The CFO will serve as a critical strategic executive, leading the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations to achieve sustained growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Saudi market, a strong network within banking and investment communities, and a proven track record in taking companies public. This role requires exceptional expertise in financial structuring, risk management, capital raising, and IPO readiness. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Financial Leadership : Shape and execute financial strategies that drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation aligned with the company’s vision.
  • IPO Preparation & Public Market Expertise : Oversee preparations for an IPO on the Saudi Tadawul, including financial structuring, regulatory compliance, and investor engagement. Lead efforts to make the company IPO-ready and serve as a primary liaison for potential investors.
  • Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks. Implement robust risk management policies to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Financial Structuring & Capital Allocation : Optimize the company’s capital structure, balancing debt, equity, and internal funding. Develop strategies for debt structuring and secure favorable financing terms.
  • Banking & Investment Relations : Cultivate strong relationships within the Saudi banking and investment communities to facilitate capital raising and strategic partnerships, enhancing the company’s growth potential.
  • Advanced Financial Modeling & Scenario Planning : Create financial models that inform decision-making and provide insights into the company’s long-term financial outlook, preparing for various scenarios, including market expansion and public listing.
  • Operational Efficiency & Cost Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize costs, and improve financial and operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Leadership & Team Development : Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum of 10 years in senior financial roles, with at least 5 years as a CFO or similar leadership position. Proven experience in consumer goods, bottled water, or FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Saudi Market Expertise : Extensive knowledge of the Saudi market, particularly in FMCG or consumer goods, with a well-established network in Riyadh’s financial and banking sectors.
  • Public Offering & IPO Experience : Demonstrated success in taking a company public, ideally with experience on the Saudi Tadawul or similar exchanges.
  • Proven Track Record : Documented achievements in revenue growth, cost management, operational efficiency, and financial transformation.
