Job Title: Accounts & Finance Manager Job Description: Responsibilities include:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis
  2. Accounting and Financial Reporting, Compliance and Audit
  3. Cash Flow Management
  4. Cost Control and Efficiency
  5. Financial Strategy and Decision Support
  6. Team Leadership and Development
  7. Grant and Fund Management
Requirements:
  1. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations in the education industry
  2. Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  3. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  4. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
  5. Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing teams
Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
