- Identifying potential leads through research primarily on Linkedin
- Reaching out to prospects via cold calls, emails, or Linkedin messaging.
- Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and ensuring they fit the company's ideal customer profile.
- Generating thought leadership content for engaging with prospects
- Passing qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement and closing.
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience, preferably any product/service to HR
- Willing to work in fast paced, result driven startup culture
