1. Identifying potential leads through research primarily on Linkedin
2. Reaching out to prospects via cold calls, emails, or Linkedin messaging.
3. Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and ensuring they fit the company's ideal customer profile.
4. Generating thought leadership content for engaging with prospects
5. Passing qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement and closing.

• 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience, preferably any product/service to HR
• Willing to work in fast paced, result driven startup culture
