Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall ecommerce strategy to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Manage the company’s online store ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and product presentation.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and execute promotional campaigns including seasonal offers and new product launches.
- Analyze website traffic and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
- Oversee the product catalog including pricing, inventory updates, and ensuring accurate descriptions and images.
- Manage relationships with third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon) to maximize brand visibility and sales.
- Implement SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
- Ensure seamless order fulfillment, coordinating with logistics teams for timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Track and report on KPIs including revenue, traffic, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably in the electronics or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing high-traffic ecommerce websites.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and other performance marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a customer-focused approach to ecommerce strategies.
