Transition Associate - YTI (2 openings)Position is located in Ithaca, NY, within the ILR School on the campus of Cornell University, or can be based remotely within New York State.The School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University has two immediate openings for a Transition Associate - Extension Associate in the K. Lisa Yang and Hock E. Tan Institute on Employment and Disability in the Extension/Outreach Division.Our Team:The Yang-Tan Institute (YTI) conducts research and provides continuing education and technical assistance on many aspects of disability in the workplace. Researchers and practitioners at YTI have helped companies, labor organizations, government agencies, schools, and communities throughout the United States and abroad to accommodate and integrate individuals with disabilities. Our team consults with business and industry, and with policy makers, educators, disability advocates, and rehabilitation practitioners.What you will do:The position's primary focus will be as a Transition Associate for the NYS Education Department's Transition Technical Assistance Partnership (T-TAP) professional development initiative.
