We are looking for an experienced Maximo Project Manager to lead the delivery of Maximo projects. The project manager will oversee all aspects of project management, coordinate communications with clients, and ensure the successful execution of Maximo implementations, delivering high-quality results aligned with project objectives. This position provides a unique opportunity to work on large-scale Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) transformations while engaging with advanced technologies across various industries.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of Maximo projects, from planning and approval to execution and closeout, ensuring results are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress, resource allocation, and adherence to the client’s governance structure.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for Maximo delivery, managing all aspects of the project and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify and address project issues, gaps, and risks through proactive risk management and contingency planning, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and technical teams to establish and achieve project goals, facilitating solutions when issues arise.
  • Track critical project deliverables and ensure the effective implementation of solutions or changes.
  • Lead large project meetings to drive delivery, facilitate decision-making, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Adopt, implement, and adjust leading project delivery methodologies including Waterfall and Agile Methods.
  • Liaise between clients, business leads, and technical teams to document and deliver solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Provide regular updates through daily, weekly, and monthly status reports, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain client stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful delivery of Maximo solutions.

Position Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience, including leading at least 5 EAM enterprise programs.
  • Proficient in document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail with proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage large workloads and multi-task effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • PMP or Agile Certification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience in digital projects, client operations, and program management across industries.
  • Expertise in providing consulting services for EAM transformation roadmaps.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science
