Executive Chef vacancy in Umm-al-Qaiwain UAE

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. This is a great opportunity for an innovative and creative chef who wants to elevate their career and showcase their culinary skills. The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing menus, setting up a food preparation process, and overseeing the kitchen staff. They will ensure the quality of food is maintained while adhering to budget constraints. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and leadership skills, be able to multitask, and have strong communication skills. They should also have a good knowledge of health and safety regulations. The successful candidate should demonstrate experience in creating exciting dishes that meet customer expectations with efficiency and cost effectiveness. They should be able to manage food supply inventories, maximize flavor and presentation, create recipes, work with suppliers, manage kitchen staff performance reviews, reduce wastage and control costs. The salary offered for this position is 1600 AED per month plus benefits as per local labor law requirements.
