An Accommodation Attendant is accountable for the cleanliness of the employee holiday accommodation and its facilities, as well as assisting team members with housing-related issues in a timely manner.What will I be doing?
As a Holiday Accommodation Attendant, you are responsible for the tidiness of the staff member lodging and its facilities. Specifically, you will be accountable for carrying out the following tasks to the highest possible standards:- Clean the group member lodging and facilities
- Vacuum common rooms and corridors
- Perform regular deep cleaning tasks
- Replenish and maintain accommodation supplies
- Report any missing or damaged items to the Lodging Manager and ensure that the items are replaced or repaired to create a comfortable stay for the Team Member
- Be environmentally aware
- Dispose of waste as necessary
- Comply with safety, fire regulations, and all health and safety regulations
- Carry out lost property procedures
- Assist other departments wherever required and maintain good working relationships
