Executive Chef vacancy in El-Fujairah UAE

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in El-Fujairah. Our ideal candidate is an adept cook with experience in the restaurant industry and a passion for delivering quality culinary experiences. The successful candidate will be highly organized and have strong leadership skills. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 per month. Benefits of Working with Us:

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop new recipes and menus according to customer feedback and requests
Plan meals for large events, private dining experiences, or other occasions as needed
Monitor the quality of all dishes prepared by staff members in the kitchen
Supervise the preparation of ingredients and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards of quality
Ensure all kitchen staff adhere to safety regulations at all times, such as proper food storage techniques, proper sanitation protocols, etc.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in the restaurant industry
Excellent culinary knowledge with an ability to create innovative menus based on customer feedback and requests
Good organizational skills with an eye for detail
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
A valid driver's license is preferred but not required
