Job details
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans focusing on verbal reasoning, reading comprehension, and analytical writing to enhance students’ test-taking strategies.
- Assess each student's strengths and weaknesses through diagnostic tests and tailor tutoring sessions accordingly to maximize improvement.
- Provide ongoing feedback and progress reports to students and their families, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the learning process.
- Conduct interactive workshops and group classes that foster peer learning and collaborative problem-solving among students.
- Stay updated with the latest test formats, question types, and scoring methods to provide current and relevant training.
- Develop and curate a library of practice materials, including high-quality resources that reflect the actual test content and difficulty levels.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in preparing questions and mock papers
- Support the team in creating resources for the subject
