Responsibilities

  1. Welcome and greet clients in a warm and professional manner.
  2. Perform clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations.
  3. Ensure that calls are answered in a professional and timely manner and that all enquiries are dealt with in accordance with service standards and response times.
  4. Manage office inventory such as stationery.
  5. Maintain the look and feel of the reception area to a high standard.

Requirements

  1. Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Professional appearance and demeanor.
  6. Fluent in English & Filipino (both verbal and written).
