Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy in line with the business development strategy of the Middle East region, ensuring that human resources management is aligned with the regional business strategy to provide strong talent support for the business development of the Middle East region. 2. Establish and improve the human resources management system in the Middle East region, covering recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and employee development, enhancing the professionalism and effectiveness of human resources management. 3. Organize the formulation of medium and long-term plans and annual plans for the development of human resources in the Middle East region, allocate human resources reasonably, ensure that the human resources needs of various departments in the Middle East region are met, while controlling labor costs. 4. Regularly analyze and assess the human resources situation in the Middle East region, propose improvement suggestions and solutions, and provide data support and professional opinions for senior management decision-making. 5. Be responsible for handling major human resources issues in the management process of the Middle East region, such as labor disputes and employee complaints, maintain a good relationship between the company and employees, and create a harmonious and stable working environment. Job Qualifications:

  1. Chinese nationals/local Chinese are required, and they should be able to communicate in Chinese without any barriers.
  2. Bachelor's degree or above, with a solid theoretical foundation and professional knowledge in human resources management.
  3. Have more than 10 years of human resources work experience, including at least 5 years of experience in senior management positions such as HR Head.
  4. Be proficient in all major modules of human resources, and be familiar with labor laws, regulations, and related policies in the Middle East region.
  5. Possess excellent cross-regional communication and coordination skills, and be able to manage international teams.
  6. Have strong strategic thinking and foresight, and be able to develop and implement effective human resources strategies and plans from the perspective of the company's overall development, promoting continuous innovation and optimization of human resources management in the Middle East region.
