Location: [Specify Location] (or mention if it's remote) Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Integration Consultant with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in integration technologies, data mapping, and system integration strategies. This role involves working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize integration solutions tailored to business requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
  2. Design, develop, and implement integration workflows using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration points and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  4. Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
  6. Optimize existing integration processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  7. Document integration workflows, configurations, and best practices.
  8. Provide post-implementation support and training to users as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in system integration, middleware, or related fields.
  3. Proficiency in integration tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, or similar.
  4. Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), ETL processes, and data transformation techniques.
  5. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
  6. Solid knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
  7. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  8. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Certification in integration platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or SnapLogic.
