As an experienced BIM/CAD drafting service provider, we generate and manage digital 3D models that streamline and automate the decision-making process throughout the project.Founded in 1987, we have more than 35 years of experience.Job Description• Good knowledge about the utilization of BIM format in the implementation of Architecture and Interior models.• Working knowledge of Structural & Architectural services modelling for larger and complex international projects.• Working knowledge of coordinating, raising RFIs, and submitting final models with good presentation as per the demand.• Excellent teamwork and coordination ability with good communication skills.• Ability to generate various Architectural layouts, sections, elevations, and details.• Modelling the project understanding the LOD with tolerance.• Strong knowledge in the Building Architecture domain.• Works with Project Lead and project engineers to communicate, problem-solve, and update models for coordination and design issues.• Develops accurate 2D & 3D drawings from project BIMs, including sheet management tasks, annotations, dimensions, notes, and all visibility settings.• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes and the ability to prepare full SD, DD, and IFC submissions understanding Compliance Standards and relevant Middle East Standards.• Quality of Drafting, Presentation skills, and technical soundness.• Performs both routine and non-routine, complex drafting assignments that require judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations.• Collaborates and communicates with other disciplines regarding coordination issues and common model development tasks.• Excellent REVIT skills in Modelling, Detailing, and content creation.• Ability to produce work First Time Right & manage time effectively.QualificationsExperience: 3-6 YearsEducation: Diploma in Arch / Civil / BE in Civil Engineering / BArchAdditional InformationWorking knowledge of BIM 360 and CBE Platforms.Architecture Modelling and Documentation skills from LOD 200 - 400.Good communication skills to collaborate with team members.Navisworks, CAD, and SketchUp would be an added advantage but not compulsory.Usage of plugins and adaptability based on project requirements.
