Role: HR Digital Transformation Lead (UAE National)Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesIndustry: BankingOrganization Unit:This unit is responsible for transforming the HR Technology landscape and implementing new processes and solutions. One of the key deliverables is to ensure transparent and structured review and assurance of service delivery processes. This framework is expected to aid continuous process improvements.Job Purpose:This role is responsible for continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate redundant approval and process steps. The role should also focus on bringing new innovative solutions and methods to deliver an engaged and efficient Employee Experience. Creating new opportunities for process efficiencies and self-service options is another key expectation, along with alignment with Rules & Regulations.Job Content:Effective and Efficiency analysis of Requirements, Processes, and Impact assessment.Business Case Preparation in coordination with Group HR Functions.Support in effective, timely implementation of projects to deliver committed impact.Work with various teams during the implementation of initiatives.Focus on new technologies and innovative ways of business and operational activities.Implement efficient processes through HCM implementation and ongoing improvements.Identify improvement opportunities based on performance reviews.Work with HR Technology teams to deliver improvement initiatives.Evaluate root cause analysis on service delivery failures.Requirements:Strong Process Design, Improvement, and quality management approach.Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.Logical thinking and solution design skills.Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.Strong analytic and decision-making abilities.Ability to take decisions to adapt to scope changes.Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.Project Management and Process Improvement Experience.
