Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, we pride ourselves on providing cutting-edge solutions for flight and hotel bookings. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Account Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they achieve their travel goals while leveraging our platform effectively. Your focus will be on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services. If you have a passion for empowering clients and possess strong negotiation and communication skills, you might be the perfect fit for our team! Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing expert support and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Understand each client's unique needs and objectives to tailor FlyAkeed's services accordingly.
  • Proactively monitor client satisfaction and engagement metrics to ensure high levels of customer retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess progress and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, and product) to address client challenges and implement solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
