Our operations are supported by 3 R&D centers and 4 manufacturing plants, enabling us to offer over 300 INNs and more than 2,000 registered Marketing Authorizations (MAs). Additionally, we have 90+ products under development and registration. Job Summary Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations in KSA, optimizing logistics, inventory, and distribution to ensure efficiency and timely product availability. This role involves leading teams, driving strategy execution, and fostering a positive, productive work environment while aligning local operations with corporate goals. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, supply chain expertise, and ERP system knowledge. Main Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations in KSA.
Develop and implement projects to improve supply chain efficiency and performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product availability.
Optimize inventory levels by implementing optimized demand and materials requirement planning processes.
Oversee logistics, materials planning, and distribution activities.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identify improvements, and implement best practices.
Manage teams, set goals, influence effectively, and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive and productive work environment while overseeing supply chain operations.
Drive the execution of corporate supply chain strategies within KSA, ensuring local activities contribute to the overall strategy.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of understanding of ERP systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
