In order to finish our team driven by quality and the dedication of producing a working atmosphere attaining complete client contentment, Bulgari Center East is trying to find a Sales Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Main Accountabilities

  1. Advise on all back office tasks such as data entry into the proper software system, product ordering at the shop, checking between physical items received and billing, and managing inaccurate product receiving with the Commercial Company management.
  2. Handle and oversee shop inventory and storage and all associated cycle, quarterly and annual inventory tasks.
  3. Conduct after sale service activities such as taking products for repair from the sales staff, contacting repair service facilities, arranging product delivery to repair centers, and following up on product repair status.
  4. Carry out identifying tasks related to all items, from product receiving to repricing.
  5. Contact IT/system vendors in case of malfunctioning or damages to any hardware/software tools.
  6. Contact suppliers for any shop maintenance issues, providing timely and dedicated updates to the store manager.
  7. Support the sales staff throughout the entire sale process from customer welcome to payment/packaging.
  8. Knowledge of VAT processes and procedures.
  9. Support with the requirements related to ecommerce tasks including shipping, product labeling, and packaging.

Experience

3-4 years of experience in a similar setting in Bulgari or in another firm offering luxury products. #J-18808-Ljbffr
