The role requires a strategic and hands-on professional with a focus on alternative investments, private equity, and real estate who understands the dynamics of the Saudi market and can contribute to the company's vision of becoming a market leader in asset management. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Asset Management:

Oversee the development and management of investment strategies across alternative investments, private equity, and real estate portfolios.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify investment opportunities and trends, particularly within the Saudi market.
Manage and optimize portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing returns for stakeholders.
Perform regular reporting on asset performance and market conditions to the CEO and other stakeholders.

Market Expertise:

Stay informed of Saudi market regulations and trends to ensure compliance and strategic advantage.
Build and maintain relationships with local and international partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Leadership & Department Development:

Act as the founding member of the Asset Management department, with the opportunity to grow and lead the team.
Work closely with the CEO to shape the division's vision, goals, and strategy.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years in Asset Management , particularly in alternative investments, private equity, and real estate.
Proven track record of success in managing portfolios and achieving strategic goals.
Deep understanding of the Saudi market and its investment landscape.
Experience working with regulatory bodies and navigating compliance frameworks.
CFA Level 3 preferred (exemption from CME4). Candidates without CFA Level 3 must have CME4 certification.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Arabic speaker preferred , but not a deal-breaker for exceptional candidates.
