Wrth Saudi Arabia is recruiting an Area Sales Manager for the Eastern Region of the Kingdom with a minimum of 5 years experience in Sales Management. The performance of the Wrth Group is distinguished by customer proximity, services and excellent quality. The Area Sales Manager, ideally a resident of Dammam, will:

  1. Lead a team of 10-12 sales consultants.
  2. Monitor the sales team's daily activities, schedules, and KPIs progress.
  3. Hold daily team meetings/calls.
  4. Go on field visits with the sales consultants.
  5. Follow up on collections with sales consultants and customers.
  6. Ensure the accuracy of route-planning for the sales consultants.
