Facility Management (FM) Sales Executive

Reports to: Business Development Manager (BDM) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Facility Management Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent sales and communication skills, and the ability to generate new business opportunities in the Saudi market. You will be responsible for meeting clients, developing relationships, and securing contracts in alignment with our company's goals. Experience with platforms such as SAP Ariba and fluency in English are essential. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: Actively seek out and engage new clients by generating leads and sales and identifying new business opportunities in the facility management sector.
  2. Market Presence: Regularly visit potential and existing clients to promote facility management services, maintain relationships, and expand the sales pipeline.
  3. Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct presentations, meetings, and demonstrations to showcase the company’s facility management solutions, addressing client needs effectively.
  4. Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales quotas by closing contracts and developing long-term client partnerships.
  5. SAP Ariba & Platforms: Utilize platforms such as SAP Ariba to manage procurement processes and participate in tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the market.
  7. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the Bid Specialist and the Business Development team to prepare and submit proposals tailored to client specifications.
  8. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the facility management industry to develop competitive sales strategies.
  9. Reporting: Provide regular updates to the BDM on sales progress, client interactions, and forecasts for the sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, with experience in the facility management industry.
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  3. Technology Proficiency: Experience using platforms such as SAP Ariba for procurement and tender management.
  4. Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  5. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of facility management services and solutions, particularly in the Saudi market.
  6. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  7. Driving License: A valid driving license is required.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  9. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  10. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  11. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  12. Understanding of total facility management concepts and services.
