Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors, and expanders. Play a pivotal role in our business. Partner with the best As a Quality Leader, You Will Be Responsible For:
- Leading the Quality function for Jebel Ali.
- Looking after QMS, QA, Local Lean, CI, etc.
- Managing Business Process Management Systems (e.g. Quality Management Systems, Integrated Management Systems). Work to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes. Standardization of processes, tools, and performance management system.
- Developing and working with the team on certifications.
- Managing collaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.
- Communicating effectively with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
- Providing services to the function or directly to the business.
- Handling work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions must be developed.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- 3-5 years of experience in valves quality.
- Working knowledge of Quality tools, lean concepts, and root cause analysis.
- A continuous improvement mindset, knowing how to influence stakeholders towards change.
- Working remotely from home or any other work location (up to 4 days a week).
