Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Qualifications:
- Diploma, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering

- Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Conduct quality assurance checks post-repair to verify product performance meets established specifications.
- Engage with customers to provide technical support and guidance on product usage and maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continually improve maintenance strategies and product life cycle management.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is essential to understand complex systems.
- Certification in product maintenance or technical troubleshooting is highly preferred to demonstrate specialized skills.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in product maintenance within a similar industry is required.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or technical environment will be advantageous for adaptability.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of additional languages is a plus for diverse work environments.
- Strong technical skills in diagnostic tools and repair techniques are essential for effective problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills are critical for liaising with team members and clients about technical issues.
