Job description:

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, new product launches, and other business initiatives.

Job requirements:

Proven experience as an operations manager or in a similar multi-unit management role for a minimum of 5 years.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
