We are seeking a highly experienced Management Consultant to join a rapidly expanding team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process improvement and Target Operating Model (TOM) design , gained from a reputable consulting firm. This role involves leading high-impact consulting projects, managing client relationships, and driving business development efforts. Must have:

In accordance with the national program - Saudization / Nitaqat, this role does require all individuals to be Saudi nationals.
Client facing consulting experience.
Must come from a recognized Consulting firm.
Must be currently doing process improvement / target operating model / transformation consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Management : Oversee teams to deliver projects, ensuring financial performance, quality, and client satisfaction.
Service Delivery : Lead project delivery, data analysis, and facilitate executive meetings and workshops with clients.
Business Development : Identify and pursue business opportunities within ongoing projects, develop proposals, and contribute to internal growth and research.

Qualifications:

3-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in Business Process Management, Operational Excellence , or Digital Transformation - operating in a large consultancy.
Proven experience in managing consulting projects and engaging directly with clients.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
