About the Role:
- Supervise kitchen stewards to deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting overall operations.
- Train chefs and assistants in pastry aspects.
- Schedule and coordinate chef work to ensure timely food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist head chef in creating menus and daily tasks.
- Supervise daily operations, assigning tasks, and overseeing kitchen staff.
- Accountable for overall success of daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistent quality of food across all kitchen areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as head chef in an Indian restaurant in UAE.
- Well-versed in North Indian - Mughlai/Punjabi Cuisine.
