Job Profile Land Laboratories is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable and payable, and assisting with the preparation of financial reports. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and keep records of VAT and Zakat (as per ZATCA).
- Issue and monitor customer invoices, including follow-up on payments.
- Maintain supplier invoices and coordinate with group accounts for payment.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow-up on overdue payments, and manage collections procedure.
- Internal operational cash flow (petty cash) monitoring and handling.
- Prepare and generate financial data to assist in the preparation of financial reports for management.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, identify discrepancies, and investigate and resolve variances promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, business administration with a major in accounting, or management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in accounting and administration roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including VAT and Zakat regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
