The Role

Support the HR department with various administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and employee onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records including personal details, job history, and performance reviews.
Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related questions and concerns, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and procedures.
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to manage candidate pipelines, provide job specifications, and ensure timely placements.
