We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR cum Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visa processing, cancelation, and renewals and act as the single point of contact with government entities for trade license and employer-related visa processes. Experience in handling additional HR responsibilities will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle all aspects of visa applications, renewals, cancelation, and related documentation for employees.
  2. Liaise with government authorities (e.g. Ministry of Labor, Immigration, and Free Zone authorities) to ensure compliance with regulations.
  3. Manage the process of trade license applications, renewals, and amendments.
  4. Stay updated on changes in labor laws, visa requirements, and other government regulations.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for government entities regarding all company-related processes.
  6. Ensure timely submission of required documents to avoid delays or fines.
  7. Maintain records of visa status, labor contracts, and legal documents.

Human Resources (HR) Duties:

  1. Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparation of employment contracts and orientation sessions.
  2. Maintain employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
  3. Support payroll by ensuring employee records are accurate and updated.
  4. Address employee inquiries related to visa processes and labor laws.
  5. Assist with employee offboarding processes, including visa cancelation and exit procedures.
  6. Participate in organizing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in visa processing, cancelation, and renewals.
  2. Familiarity with trade license applications and renewals.
  3. Knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and government portals (e.g. MOHRE, Tasheel, Amer, etc.).
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus.
  6. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  8. A background in handling general HR responsibilities will be considered an advantage.
