Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Marketing Department, focusing on leading multiple internal marketing projects across our various brands. This role demands a proactive approach to stakeholder communication, talent coordination, and project delivery, ensuring the successful completion of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple internal marketing projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and communications.
Coordinate with talents across departments, delegating tasks and following up on progress to ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct weekly or daily standup meetings to monitor project status, address any challenges, and ensure team alignment.
Oversee the development of project deliverables, managing scope and ensuring projects remain within budget and on schedule.
Implement project management best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.
Establish and maintain documentation for repeatable processes and project reports.

Qualifications:

7 years of experience in digital media/marketing/analytics with a proven track record in project management.
Strong experience managing multichannel marketing projects.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal talents and stakeholders.
Proficiency in modern project management tools and software.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and assertive with a keen interest in driving projects to successful completion.
