Position: Consultant Cardiac Surgeon Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant Cardiac Surgeon to join our esteemed client hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing specialized cardiac care to patients, with exceptional surgical skills and a strong passion for delivering excellent patient outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading institution in the heart of one of the fastest-growing cities in the world. Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct comprehensive patient consults and develop individualized treatment plans for cardiac surgical interventions.
  2. Perform complex cardiac surgeries, including heart transplants, coronary bypass surgeries, valvular repairs, and congenital repair procedures.
  3. Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and technologies to ensure the highest quality of care and outcomes for patients.
  4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for patients.
  5. Participate in regular departmental meetings and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and advancements in cardiac surgery.
  6. Train and mentor junior medical staff, including residents, fellows, and other team members.
Qualifications
  1. Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  2. Board certification in Cardiac Surgery or related specialty.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Cardiac Surgeon in a reputable hospital or healthcare facility.
  4. Fellowship training in Cardiac Surgery or Advanced Cardiac Surgery Techniques is preferred.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
  6. Must be Western-trained.
