Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
  2. Provide information about the organization exhibits or attractions.
  3. Assist with ticketing reservations and visitor check-ins.
  4. Address visitor questions, concerns, or feedback promptly and effectively.
  5. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the visitor space.
  6. Support events or special activities as needed.
  7. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall visitor experience.

Requirements

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
  3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
  4. Basic knowledge of technology for ticketing or reservation systems is a plus.
  5. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar roles is preferred.

Leadership and Management

  1. Oversee the Ticketing Unit, providing guidance and support to team members to achieve operational goals.
  2. Develop and implement ticketing strategies that maximize revenue while ensuring a seamless visitor experience.
  3. Manage and optimize ticketing systems and platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and integrated with other departmental systems.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and ticketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in visitor services.
  5. Lead discussions with site managers to gather requirements and manage ticketing software projects. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
  6. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for ticketing implementation. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions.
  7. Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and events, to coordinate ticketing for special events and exhibitions.
  8. Collaborate with UX designers/agencies to create user-friendly ticketing flows. Implement continuous improvements based on user feedback.
  9. Prepare regular reports on ticket sales, visitor demographics, and trends to inform strategic decision-making. Track system performance, user satisfaction, and revenue.
  10. Assist in the development and management of the ticketing budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  11. Train and develop staff on ticketing processes, customer service standards, and system usage.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security protocols related to ticket sales and visitor access.
