Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly and safely.
  2. Conducting thorough investigations into employee injuries, accidents, and illnesses to identify potential causes and prevention measures.
  3. Addressing health-related complaints and reports to identify recurring hazards and issues that need redressal.
  4. Conducting equipment installation checks and reviewing any potential risks to employee safety and non-compliance with standard regulations and policies.
Skills
  1. Ability to control demeanor and act confidently in challenging and emergency circumstances.
  2. Proficient with data documentation and familiar with software products, including MS Office.
  3. Able to cooperate with site personnel alongside excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  4. Excellent situational awareness and an ability to maintain a rational demeanor in emergencies.
  5. Bachelor's Degree with OSHA certification or equivalent, with more than 7 years of experience.
