The Projects Manager (Client Side) is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in alignment with company objectives. The role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, clients, and team members. By managing risks, optimizing processes, and promoting a culture of safety and efficiency, the Projects Manager plays a critical role in achieving the organization's strategic goals. Responsibilities: Project Management

Deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and budget.
Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Coordinate with Designers, Consultants, and Contractors for effective project execution

Technical Oversight & Stakeholder Engagement

Supervise all phases of design, fabrication, and construction processes.
Ensure Project Baseline Program is strictly adhered to and highlight any deviations or potential delays.
Ensure compliance with technical standards, structural specifications, and project deliverables.
Monitor and address project risks with effective mitigation strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, stakeholders, and Contractors.
Oversee seamless communication among project teams to ensure clarity on deliverables and timelines.

Resource and Procurement Management

Manage procurement, particularly long-lead materials, ensuring timely delivery to align with construction milestones.
Oversee Consultants and Contractors performance, ensuring adherence to contracts and specifications.

Reporting and Monitoring

Track project progress and prepare detailed reports on time, cost, and quality for senior management.
Conduct post-project evaluations, identifying successes and areas for improvement.

Team Leadership

Define roles and responsibilities for project team members.
Foster a collaborative and safety-oriented work culture.

Compliance and Safety

Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Promote a strong safety culture across all project phases.

Qualifications

10-15 years of proven UAE/Gulf experience in project and construction management, specifically in industrial and agricultural projects involving steel and composite structures in addition to concrete structures.
Strong background in managing design, fabrication, and construction of steel structures such as, industrial facilities, high-rise buildings, or warehouses.
Expertise in working with steel fabrication processes, codes, and standards.
Hands-on experience with tendering, contracts, and stakeholder management.
Proficient in project management tools
Strong knowledge of steel design and construction standards
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
