Executive Chef

We are searching for an Executive Chef that is imaginative as well as knowledgeable regarding all elements of cooking for our NEWEST YVORA DINING ESTABLISHMENT. The Executive Chef will oversee and manage our kitchen staff, maintain a collaborative relationship with team members, and maximize staff efficiency. The ideal candidates should be innovative and service-oriented.

Responsibilities:

  1. Organizing and managing culinary and cooking tasks.
  2. Customizing menus or developing new ones that adhere to high standards.
  3. Acquiring feedback on food service quality and responding to issues and concerns.
  4. Supervising kitchen team's tasks and providing prepared plates the 'final touch.'
  5. Following nutrition and cleanliness regulations and safety standards.
  6. Performing administrative tasks such as making purchase orders and inventorying food and equipment supplies.
  7. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with co-workers and customers.
Job Type: Permanent Salary: From AED 5,000.00 monthly Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to transfer before starting work (Required). #J-18808-Ljbffr
