About the job Area Project Manager - Riyadh (Water & Wastewater Projects) Position Title: CBU Project Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Reporting to: Project Director Hill International provides program, project, and construction management services for clients in a range of sectors undertaking major construction projects across the world. Our services include cost engineering and estimating, quality assurance, inspection, scheduling, risk management, and claims avoidance. For more information on Hill, please visit our website at General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, organize, and manage CBU projects from start to finish, ensuring that all project goals and objectives are met.
  2. Coordinate with clients to define project requirements and develop project plans.
  3. Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.
  4. Monitor projects budgets and resources and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
  5. Track projects milestones and deliverables and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.
  6. Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  8. Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
  9. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  11. Implement the project EDMS, ensuring that all project documentation complies with the Clients document management system.
  12. Ensure the timely and accuracy of data input to the PMIS at the project level.
  13. Continuously improve project management processes and practices.
  14. Stay informed of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensure continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
  2. Minimum 20 years experience in large-scale infrastructure projects with specific exposure to Water and Wastewater Projects.
  3. Western Educated / Western Trained.
  4. A record of engagement with government entities/utility providers.
  5. Record of implementing continuous improvement on site and supporting capacity building/talent development in a construction environment.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Full fluency in Arabic and English.
  8. Experience working internationally (preference for KSA experience).
