Salary: AED 28,000 - AED 32,000 + Benefits Location: Dubai

JOB ROLE:

  • Heading the Creative Team with regards to Graphic Design / Web Design / Art / Visualizer
  • Invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages.
  • Ability to understand design and smart copy, and recognize fresh approaches to advertising.
  • Participate in the marketing process from start to finish.
  • Responsible for both developing and producing creative brand designs.
  • Oversee all marketing initiatives to ensure that images and messages appropriately contribute to brand identity.
  • Must be able to lead a team and employees in brand development.
  • Manage multiple projects at any one time and meet tight deadlines.
  • You will lead our creative team with guidance and ideas to bring our brands and mission to life.

SKILLS:

  • BSc/BA in Advertising, Fine Arts, Design or any relevant field; MSc/MA desirable.
  • Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in similar role and team handling experience.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and creative abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver within priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current market trends.
