Restaurant Manager vacancy in Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Job Title: Indian Restaurant Manager in Riyadh We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations including staff management, customer service, budgeting, inventory management, and ensuring high levels of quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and a deep understanding of Indian cuisine. Responsibilities:
  1. Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
  2. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  3. Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
  4. Oversee customer service to ensure guests have a positive experience
  5. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  7. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
  8. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
  9. Prepare reports on financial performance, sales trends, and customer feedback
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant
  2. Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  4. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of quality and cleanliness
  6. Strong problem-solving skills
  7. Knowledge of budgeting processes
  8. Good understanding of health and safety regulations
  9. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
