Consultant Plastic Surgeon (Burn) - Abu Dhabi
Position: Consultant Plastic Surgeon (Burn) Company: Allocation Assist Middle East Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Are you a highly skilled and experienced plastic surgeon with a passion for helping those who have suffered from severe burns? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Allocation Assist Middle East. At Allocation Assist Middle East, we are dedicated to providing the best medical care and support to those affected by burns and other traumatic injuries. We are currently looking for a talented and driven consultant plastic surgeon (burn) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities- Provide expert surgical care and consultation to patients with burns and other traumatic injuries
- Perform plastic and reconstructive surgeries to treat burns, scars, and other deformities
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations and develop treatment plans for each patient
- Work closely with other medical professionals, including nurses, anesthesiologists, and physical therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in surgical techniques and technologies related to burn treatment
- Participate in research and publication activities to contribute to the advancement of the field
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and expectations
- Medical degree and completion of training in plastic surgery from an accredited institution
- Board certification in plastic surgery
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on burn treatment
- Excellent surgical skills and knowledge of the latest plastic surgery techniques and technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and medical professionals from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to providing the highest quality of care and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and make critical decisions in a timely manner
- Must be Western-trained
