Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a prestigious international university seeking a Head of Student Experience (Cross Campus). This role ensures a consistent positive academic and social experience for students across all campuses. Responsibilities include leading student affairs initiatives, resolving issues, and fostering a supportive campus community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Student Experience Management:
    1. Lead Student Affairs: Main point of contact for undergraduate, postgraduate, and EMBA programs.
    2. Unified Experience: Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive student experiences.
    3. Boost Satisfaction: Develop programs to enhance wellbeing and engagement.
    4. Feedback Collection: Conduct regular surveys for improvement.
  2. Student Concerns:
    1. Support Students: Meet with students and faculty to understand and resolve concerns.
    2. Retention Strategy: Identify reasons for withdrawals and work to improve retention.
  3. Faculty Coordination:
    1. Faculty Feedback: Address academic issues based on faculty insights.
    2. Classroom Monitoring: Attend classes to assess engagement.
  4. Student Connections & Mentorship:
    1. Networking: Organize cross-campus events and workshops.
    2. Mentorship: Guide students academically and professionally; develop mentor networks.
  5. Data & Reporting:
    1. Track Issues: Maintain records of student concerns for management.
    2. Analyze Trends: Use data to improve engagement and retention.
  6. Events & Workshops:
    1. Promote Institution: Attend events to engage prospective students.
    2. Workshops: Conduct sessions for professional and personal development.
  7. Discipline & Policies:
    1. Disciplinary Actions: Collaborate with Deans on student conduct issues.
    2. Policy Development: Develop policies supporting student success.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Education, Student Affairs, or related field.
  • 8-10 years in student affairs, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Multi-campus or international experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • Willingness to travel between campuses.
