At Mölnlycke, we are looking for a Clinical Engagement Manager MEA to head up the clinical interaction with regional KOLs and deliver the local Woundcare strategic plan.

What you'll do:

Create and drive regional clinical strategy including the creation of clinical activation plans

Leverage existing and build new relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as well as advisory and consultative boards

Partner with local marketing teams to deliver cross-functional commercial and clinical collaboration

Manage all clinical activities within the region to generate relevant clinical evidence and medical intelligence, including case studies and QIPs

Create content and deliver professional education events in close cooperation with local marketing stakeholders

Remote management and development of the regional Clinical Engagement Team

What you'll need:

Advanced University Degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent experience

Registered General Nurse or MD qualification preferred

Demonstrable experience working in a similar medical or clinical affairs role

Existing network of clinical professionals across a diverse range of specialisms

Deep understanding of analysing scientific data and publications

Excellent communication, content creation and presentation skills

Strong commercial mindset to link the clinical and business strategic aspirations

Proficient in English with additional Arabic

Ability to travel throughout the MEA region

Proven knowledge of Woundcare products would be beneficial
